The six major human powers directly controlled very little of the Human Territory. Almost all of it was managed by the Universe Countries under the Human Race.
The China Universe Country was an exception, however. It was very interested in expanding its territory.
As a result, a large portion of the territories incorporated into the Human Territory became part of the China Universe Country.
This instantly made the China Universe Country the largest Universe Country of the Human Race. With the support of the Heavenly Court Holy Land, it was also the most powerful, bar none.
