Organization and Leadership

Governing Bodies

• Human Race Supreme Council — Coordinates race-wide policy, including battlefield investment, genetic research, and announcements of new Universe Masters 440 462.
• Giant Axe Meetings — Used for major decisions by humanity’s upper echelon. During the Earth dispute, the leaders planned to announce their arrangement without consulting Li Xin because he was not yet a Universe Master 335.
• Universe Countries — Administer almost all Human Territory; the six major powers directly control comparatively little land 461.
• Race Treasury — Holds resources and Supreme Treasures available through contribution and exchange systems. Especially desirable equipment is often claimed quickly by Universe Masters 342 458.

Major Human Powers

The context names three of humanity’s six major powers:

• Virtual Universe Company — Supports cultivation, maintains high-level research and commercial resources, and partners with Li Xin to produce World Lord-level Bloodline Evolution Agents 77 134 272.
• Giant Axe Arena — Ranked humanity’s greatest internal power when Heavenly Court Holy Land rises to second place 441.
• Heavenly Court Holy Land — Established as the sixth major power using the existing five powers’ organizational structures as templates. Provides artifact-refining training, genius tournaments, and the Infinite Divine Furnace service 343 399 433 458.

Territory

• Location and value — Human Territory lies at the Primal Universe’s heart alongside the territories of the Demon Race, Zerg, and Machine Race. Of these four territories, humanity’s contains the greatest concentration of the universe’s life essence 340.
• Effect on descendants — Life nurtured in essence-rich territory gains greater innate potential, making territorial control a long-term cultivation resource rather than merely living space 255 259 340.
• Universe Countries — At one point, 1,008 High-level Universe Countries occupy all existing Human Territory. Creating another would require expansion or the transfer of an existing country 305.
• China Universe Country — Becomes a High-level Universe Country during Li Xin’s rise. After later territorial acquisitions, it absorbs a large share of the new land and becomes humanity’s largest and strongest Universe Country 335 461.
• Earth — Remains Li Xin’s homeworld and a politically sensitive source of talented descendants. He rejects settlement by anyone other than Chinese people 334 339 340.
• Former colonies — Earlier retreats left human populations outside Human Territory. Immortals returning from these abandoned regions are sufficiently common that Ice Peak uses this background for Li Xin’s concealed Sword Prison King identity 229.

History

Original Ancestor’s Rise and Humanity’s Retreat

Humanity was originally a powerful race rather than a peak race. Original Ancestor led its ascent, taught many of its leading experts, and created the Virtual Universe. At his height, other Universe Strongest avoided confronting him, and even the Ancestral God Church was unwilling to provoke humanity 340.

His suppression reversed that dominance. Giant Axe became humanity’s main protector, while pressure from the neighboring three races forced territorial concessions. Humanity also lost access to its former Supreme Supreme Treasure, leaving Giant Axe unable to display his full strength without caution 396 459.

Bloodline Reform and the Earth Dispute

Li Xin’s World Lord-level Bloodline Evolution Agents offered humanity a way to improve its ordinary population’s cultivation ceiling. The Virtual Universe Company verified that the agents were flawless and entered a production partnership with him; he requested lower prices once production costs fell 272.

Earth’s unusual influence on descendants’ souls then attracted the leadership’s attention. Giant Axe proposed developing it for humanity as a whole, while Ice Peak argued that taking Li Xin’s homeland would betray a loyal contributor. The leaders considered obtaining one-third of Earth’s management rights in exchange for a Top-tier Palace Supreme Treasure, with those rights to be returned when Li Xin became a Universe Master 334 335.

Li Xin rejected outside settlement and made protection of his homeland a condition of his support for the race. The dispute also changed his priorities: China would receive his benefits first, while the wider Human Race would have to wait and pay for access 339 340.

War with the Demon Race

After the Demon Race lost three Universe Masters, humanity sought ten High-level Universe Countries’ worth of territory. Giant Axe announced war to begin in a hundred years, with fighting restricted to those below Universe Overlord level. Humanity publicly demanded the surrender of three Demon Race Universe Overlords accused of violating Outer Domain Battlefield rules 340 343 346.

The Zerg and Machine Race declined full participation, preferring to watch their two stronger neighbors weaken each other. They offered limited reinforcements and promised support if the conflict escalated to Universe Master-level combat 347.

Further Demon Race losses to Kunpeng Master prompted a request for peace. Humanity accepted a ceasefire and the concession of the Ten Star Regions 355.

Resurgence in the Universe Ocean

Li Xin’s contributions expanded humanity’s access to exploration routes, refining knowledge, and equipment. His corrected Silk Thread Map covered dangerous regions across all Three Great Forbidden Lands, while Craftsman God Master’s recruitment promised a future source of Top-tier and Peak Supreme Treasures 381 399.

Giant Axe’s new weapon and the rise of Li Xin and Venus transformed humanity’s military standing. Following the Poison Vortex gains, the neighboring three races ceded further territory without the expected major war. Their response was to concentrate attacks on human trainees in the Outer Domain Battlefield 457 460.

At Aurora Land, humanity joined Kunpeng Master, the Divine Eye Clan, and the Skeleton Race in hunting sixteen Universe True Gods. Twelve of the trapped True Gods died in the operation. Humanity’s displayed strength subsequently earned it recognition as the Universe Ocean’s foremost race 485 486 492 495.

Ancient Inheritances and the Coming Coalition

Li Xin brought back Wu Kingdom inheritances covering systematic cultivation, secret arts, combined attacks, refining, and medicine making. He predicted that their eventual assimilation could allow humanity to produce triple-digit numbers of Universe True Gods by the end of the reincarnation era; this remained a future projection, not an achieved total 526 528 531.

He also warned that supremacy in the Universe Ocean did not guarantee safety inside the Primal Universe, where combat power was capped at the peak of the sixth order. Purple Moon Holy Land exploited this weakness by supplying humanity’s enemies with cultivation knowledge and encouraging a broad coalition intended to expel humans from the Primal Universe 531 537.

Humanity secured the Ancestral God Church’s support through an inheritance exchange and an oath of mutual loyalty. Meanwhile, the opposing three races continued recruiting other powers, with mixed results 535 538 539 540.

Cultivation and Race-Wide Resources

Bloodlines and Genetic Potential

• Uneven innate talent — Humanity’s natural talent is described as ordinary among the universe’s countless races. Its peak-race position originally depended on exceptional leaders rather than universal biological superiority 238.
• Low baseline gene multipliers — Human gene multipliers were the lowest among the Six Great Peak Races. Conventional enhancement generally relied on treasures used from the Immortal or Venerable stages onward 134.
• Research program — Li Xin collects samples from human branches and later establishes a shared Life Genes Database for human Universe Masters 153 440.
• Restricted knowledge — The Divine Power Path is kept secret even from nonhuman Universe Masters in the Hongmeng Alliance 440.

Earth Lineage

• Earth was modified by Sitting Mountain Guest to influence the souls of descendants born there, improving their prospects for developing strong mental states and dispositions 334 338.
• Its advantages become increasingly important at higher cultivation realms; initially less gifted Earthlings can gradually catch up with or surpass earlier peers 271 328.
• Li Xin’s bloodline agents help Earth-born cultivators survive long enough and advance far enough to realize this late-developing potential 271 328.

Recovery and Resurrection

• Infinite Divine Furnace — Replenishes divine power at a fraction of the cost of recovery treasures 458.
• Battlefield support reforms — Humanity approves increased battlefield rewards, broader furnace access, more resurrections, and halved resurrection fees to withstand the Three-Race Alliance 462.
• Mass resurrection — Li Xin and Venus resurrect ten million Immortals in the Initial Universe 462.
• Strategic limitation — These measures allow humanity to endure battlefield pressure but do not immediately eliminate its numerical disadvantage 462.

• Hongmeng Alliance — Human-led alliance of humanity and subordinate races. Its Virtual Universe city serves King Rank, Venerable, and Universe Master experts; humans hold privileged standing despite being outnumbered by nonhuman members 238.
• Tree Human Race — A vassal race of humanity. Its need for essence-rich territory makes access to Human Territory particularly valuable 256 259.
• Demon Race — Territorial rival and repeated wartime opponent. Loses land to humanity and later cooperates with the Zerg and Machine Race to suppress human advancement 355 460.
• Zerg and Machine Race — Neighboring enemies that coordinate assassinations and battlefield pressure against humans. Nevertheless, useful resource trades continue when mutual benefits outweigh hostility 287 371 440.
• Crystal Race — Maintains friendly relations and sends members to train in the Outer Domain Battlefield at humanity’s invitation. Its friendliness does not establish an unconditional military alliance 371 463 538.
• Starry Sky Beast Alliance — Friendly power without territorial friction with humanity; agrees to send battlefield trainees. Later seeks better inheritance terms before committing to a broader alliance 403 463 540.
• Ancestral God Church — Initially neutral; later accepts an inheritance-backed alliance requiring mutual nonbetrayal, sworn to the Primal Universe’s will 494 535.
