Sleepless Again, and It's Agony

It was 4:55 a.m. on October 16. I had been tossing and turning in bed for ages but still couldn't fall asleep. I had spent so many days in this state over the past two months.

I had planned to get a good night's rest, then make time to write after finishing work during the day. But the lack of rest left me dazed and physically unwell, and then I didn't want to write anything at all-and couldn't write anything either. Every day, I tried to fix my sleep schedule, but it all felt futile.

I'll try taking melatonin in a few days. Once I've sorted out my sleep schedule, I'll resume updates as soon as possible.
