The Heavenly Court invaded the Four Extremes Floating Soil to train its forces, while the Eastern Emperor visited the Human Emperor Hall and used his authority over the myriad Daos to summon the souls of the Taiyin Human Emperor and Sun Saint Emperor. Soul light gathered in their divine statues, beginning their return.
The Eastern Emperor restored the Taiyin Human Emperor and Sun Saint Emperor to life, then brought Lingbao Heavenly Venerable back from the brink of death. Lingbao revived and thanked the Eastern Emperor, while the next step in his return remained unresolved.
Lingbao Heavenly Venerable joined the Heavenly Court and chose to pursue the Red Dust Immortal Path. After more than two hundred thousand years of warfare and cultivation brought many Heavenly Court powerhouses to new heights, Ye Fan overcame his Immortal King Tribulation and became an Immortal King.
Ye Fan survived his Immortal King Tribulation and became a supreme giant, while the Eastern Emperor sensed a new disturbance in the Four Extremes Floating Soil. As fighting between the Heavenly Court and the Dark Camp continued, powerful reinforcements crossed over, and the chapter left the cause of the disturbance unresolved.
The Eastern Emperor arrived as the Dark Dao Ancestors attacked the Heavenly Court’s powerful figures, then overwhelmed three Dao Ancestors with his apparent mastery of a higher realm. The Jade Emperor Great Heavenly Venerable evacuated the others, leaving the Eastern Emperor to face the three enemies alone.
The Eastern Emperor defeated the three Dark Dao Ancestors, but an End-of-the-Road Immortal Emperor of the Weird Clan descended and overwhelmed him. He briefly forced his way into the Immortal Emperor realm before the enemy destroyed all three of his temporal bodies and erased him completely.
The Corpse Immortal Emperor awakened on the Primordial Ancient Star and fought the Dark Immortal Emperor, while the Eastern Emperor’s fall left the Heavenly Court struggling against a massive invasion. More than ten thousand years passed, and the two Immortal Emperors were still battling across the River of Time as the chapter left their fight unresolved.
Eastern Emperor revealed that he had survived by merging his hidden primary self with his erased secondary self, becoming an Immortal Emperor, but chose to keep his strength concealed while he pursued the Sacrificial Dao Realm. More than a hundred thousand years later, he watched Ye Fan and a Dark Giant accidentally break through time into the Chaotic Ancient Era, where a golden ox-drawn chariot approached the Imperial Pass.
The Eastern Emperor watched as Anlan tore open the Heavenly Abyss, but Ye Fan and a Dark Giant suddenly emerged from the River of Time and fought. Ye Fan killed the Dark Giant, leaving the gathered Immortal Kings and Imperial Pass experts shocked by the strength of this future visitor.
Ye Fan confronted Anlan across time, but stopped short of attacking to avoid the cost of disrupting history. Desolate then revealed the power of a mysterious drop of blood, while the Eastern Emperor finished refining his weapons and journeyed through the worlds, witnessing the war against the Weird Clan.
The Eastern Emperor spent ages cultivating in the Sacrificial Sea before sacrificing his Dao and Dao Fruit to enter sacrificial Dao, then continued training to pursue an even higher realm. In the worlds, the Three Heavenly Emperors and Yanfei and her siblings reached the quasi-Immortal Emperor realm and began sweeping through the Four Extremes Floating Soil.
The Eastern Emperor returned at the moment Wushi and the others faced a Dark Immortal Emperor, revealing that he had reached the Sacrificial Dao domain. He effortlessly erased the surrounding dark forces and confronted the Dark Immortal Emperor, who had believed him dead.
The Eastern Emperor revealed that he had survived by hiding his primary self, then effortlessly destroyed the Weird Immortal Emperor and gathered his allies before preparing to send them into chaos. At the same time, the Plateau’s Stone Coffin holding Ancestor Moro was destroyed, and Desolate realized another powerful ally had appeared.
Desolate fought the Weird Immortal Emperors outside the Calamity Land, but a Weird Ancestor awakened and nearly killed him with a devastating strike. As the surrounding enemies closed in, Willow God emerged from seclusion to save him, leaving the battle still raging.
The Eastern Emperor appeared on the battlefield outside the Calamity Land, saving Willow God, Desolate, and Corpse Immortal Emperor from the Weird Immortal Emperors. He sent them through a space-time passage and confronted the pursuing Progenitors, declaring the way closed.
Eastern Emperor Taiyi fought five Weird Progenitors at the Calamity Land, risking everything in a battle he hoped might lead beyond Sacrificial Dao. As his allies and family watched, Desolate began preparing to break through to Sacrificial Dao despite his grave injuries.
The Eastern Emperor summoned two of his true bodies from other points in time and fought the five Weird Ancestors. He trapped one Progenitor in the Chaos Bell’s flames to consign him to eternal oblivion while his true bodies held off the others.
Eastern Emperor Taiyi fought the Weird Progenitors, eternally extinguishing two while using their sacrificed power to damage the Plateau. As more Progenitors awakened and his weapons and body neared destruction, he burned himself and his two true bodies and activated preparations laid across the worlds.
The Eastern Emperor sacrificed himself and his countless incarnations to burn the Five Great Ancestors, leaving three Progenitors dead and the survivors gravely wounded. He then awoke in a timeless realm, realizing he had broken through above sacrificial Dao and finding other figures who had reached or neared that realm.
The Eastern Emperor returned from annihilation and reached Above Sacrificial Dao, while the Weird Ancestors prepared to restore their ranks and attack All the Worlds. He found the banished Bronze Giant Coffin, reunited with its inhabitants, and brought them to a newly created pure land to cultivate.
The Eastern Emperor watched the struggle against the Weird Clan from his hidden Pure Land as Chu Feng unexpectedly rose to Sacrificial Dao and joined the battle. The Heavenly Court’s fighters turned against the Weird Ancestors, but the Plateau unleashed overwhelming forces, and everyone died in battle.
Yan Fei, Di Chu, and Dijun reunited with their resurrected families in the Eastern Emperor’s Pure Land and learned that their hardships had been orchestrated to temper them. The Eastern Emperor and three others destroyed the Plateau and its Weird Clan, then entered the River of Time to confront the mysterious owner of the Three-Life Bronze Coffin.
