"...You roped Mew into this?" Heath asked, looking at Zoroark suspiciously. After all, he had two Psychic-type Pokémon: Kirlia and Mew. Compared to Kirlia, Mew was indeed much stronger and more popular, but that was also a drawback. Heath did not even dare let Mew come out to work as a server, afraid that its appearance would draw some lunatics into attacking him. Heath was not too worried about that, since he was quite strong and the restaurant had defense mechanisms, but what if it disrupted the other customers' meals? That would not be good either. So Heath had simply let Mew stay in the lounge.
"Yep!" Zoroark declared proudly, her hands on her hips. The corner of Heath's mouth twitched. This one showed no sense of having inconvenienced someone else; instead, she looked positively smug. Mew had little interest in this sort of tedious work most of the time, so Heath had often thought it would not come out. He had not expected Zoroark to pull it off.
But although Zoroark had managed that, it did not mean she could do whatever she pleased. Heath still needed to have a proper word with her. Mew could help, but it could not come out. Having Mew show itself would be very troublesome. To keep word about Mew from leaking out, Heath had not even updated his Trainer Card lately. After all, there were bound to be some rotten apples in the current Kanto League. Even if Mr. Giovanni would not make a move against him, some other Pokémon Hunter organizations might want to.
Heath was not afraid of such things. He merely found them troublesome.
"Relax, of course I know how popular Mew is.
