"Little Master's Mapo Tofu?" Heath rubbed his chin thoughtfully. He remembered that Little Master's Mapo Tofu was called Magic Mapo Tofu because it had an extra crispy texture compared with other Mapo Tofu, earning it the description of six flavors in one. People had recreated it in real life, too, and it was not particularly difficult.
After all, making this Magic Mapo Tofu was still within the capabilities of carbon-based life-forms, unlike the later dishes that glowed or made people hallucinate after a single bite. Heath still remembered the method: cook some soybeans, flatten them, season them with sauce, and finally deep-fry them.
Fortunately, Giovanni had soybeans here, so Heath took some out and began making this distinctive Magic Mapo Tofu. Although Heath felt that it actually tasted much the same as ordinary Mapo Tofu, since it was a task from his Golden Finger, he still had to take it seriously.
After spending a little time on it, Heath finished the Magic Mapo Tofu, then carried it out along with the other dishes he had prepared and set them on Mr. Giovanni and Agatha's table. Then he turned and returned to the kitchen. He still needed to bring over bowls, chopsticks, cooked rice, and the like.
"Giovanni, is this the chef with excellent cooking skills you mentioned?" Agatha watched Heath with interest. The rich aroma had considerably stirred her otherwise meager appetite. She had to admit that this young man was indeed a very good cook, at least judging by the smell.
"Yes, Heath's cooking is excellent." Giovanni nodded and praised Heath, who smiled a little sheepishly.
Agatha did not rush to give her verdict. Instead, she scooped up a small spoonful of Mapo Tofu and ate it with some rice. After chewing for a while, she nodded in satisfaction.
