Silph Co. hadn't lost unfairly. Giovanni had disguised himself so well, and he even had this sort of relationship with Silph Co. It no longer seemed strange that he would be able to seize Silph Co. in the future. Heath even wondered whether Mr. Giovanni also had fairly close ties to Silph Co.'s chairman.
But it was normal for them to have ties. After all, Mr. Giovanni was very powerful in the Kanto Region and was hailed as the most likely candidate to succeed Agatha as the next member of the Elite Four. Coupled with the public image Giovanni had always cultivated, it would have been stranger if they didn't know each other.
"Mr. Giovanni, are you here on vacation?" Heath asked as he deftly made the sandwiches in front of him. There was still a little while before the expo opened, but Heath had plenty to do. He had to admit that this Technology Expo had helped him a great deal. At the very least, customer satisfaction was rising at what could only be called an exponential rate. Heath felt that if every day could be like this, he might even be able to pull out a Lava Eel every day in the future.
Unfortunately, Heath hadn't encountered any of the other special ingredients yet, which he found a little disappointing. He really wanted to see the other ingredients.
