After exchanging a few more bits of idle chatter with Miss Saya, Heath said goodbye to her, then took Zoroark along to continue buying the seasonings and ingredients he needed at the supermarket. He also needed to buy some supplies for making fermented tofu, since he seemed to be running a little short.
The fermented tofu dipping sauce was very popular with the customers. Its distinctive flavor had won plenty of people over to the fermented tofu fan club after just one taste. Some had even asked to buy some, but Heath had turned them down.
It wasn't that Heath was worried about someone stealing his recipe. He simply hadn't made much fermented tofu himself. Without Dialga's Seasoning Jar, he wouldn't have been able to produce that much of it. Today, though, he could try selling some.
"Trainer." Zoroark looked at Heath with a strange expression. As he walked, Heath gave a humming "Mm?" in response.
"Um, I wanted to ask, what's that cauliflower thing you were talking about? Is it something you eat?" Zoroark was rather curious. She hadn't understood what Heath and Miss Saya had been talking about at all. In fact, it had been completely incomprehensible, like listening to some heavenly scripture. Yet she seemed to have seen similar descriptions in novels, which made her very curious about just what that cauliflower thing was. Wasn't cauliflower something you ate?
"...I'd advise you not to find out." Heath looked at Zoroark in surprise, then shook his head after a moment. He didn't particularly want to recall something that was unpleasant even to look at. Back in his previous life, when Heath first heard about it, he had looked it up too, and had nearly thrown up.
He had to admit that skin diseases might not be the deadliest
