Apart from people in coastal areas, most people had generally only eaten squid that had been frozen, so it was somewhat inferior to squid eaten fresh from the catch. Fortunately, Heath had Dialga's Knife, so he did not have to worry about any other problems and could provide his customers with very fresh squid.
