Few master designers were willing to design a vegetable market. After all, these masters had already made great names for themselves, and plenty of people were willing to pay for their designs. What they designed was usually a corporate tower or a municipal showcase project, something enormously expensive that looked grand and imposing. But a vegetable market? What sort of strange place was that? No matter how much care went into it, a vegetable market would still carry all kinds of odd smells, and its pristine tiles would get scratched, leaving an embarrassing sight that did nothing but disgrace these masters. So practically no master would design a vegetable market, and most people would not go begging a master to design one, either, because there was no need.

But Master Ledger was someone who never played by the rules. His design style was extremely varied, with no fixed pattern, and his approach to taking design jobs was interesting, too. He went entirely by his mood. In a good mood, a million League Coins could get him to take a job; in a bad mood, even a hundred million could not get him to meet you. After becoming famous, Master Ledger grew even more eccentric and began working on strange designs, such as the Mt. Coronet Public Restroom, and the vegetable market before Heath.
This vegetable market was interesting. It was shaped like a Poké Ball, but the Poké Ball had been punctured, with two of Corsola's coral branches piercing
