[Strange technological product, poisonous and inedible. This technological product incorporates some image recognition capabilities and contains the conviction of the founder of the Green Guardian Company-to safeguard every meal. It can identify to some extent whether food is poisonous, but cannot detect artificially added toxins.]
"Huh? I didn't expect it to actually work. That's pretty impressive, but if all it can do is tell whether something is poisonous, it's not all that useful. I thought it could detect parasites." Heath was a little surprised. He had initially thought of it as a product for suckers, but he hadn't expected it to actually work, which was pretty impressive. On closer thought, though, that was really all there was to it. After all, it could only tell whether food was poisonous, and it couldn't even detect artificially added toxins. Put that way, Heath felt he might as well just carry a phone around. If he saw something he wasn't sure about, couldn't he take a picture and find out whether it was poisonous?

"Heath, you really are here." At the familiar voice, Heath froze for a moment, then saw Mr. Giovanni standing there, smiling at him. Heath was a little surprised. He really hadn't expected to see Mr. Giovanni here. By rights, Mr. Giovanni should have been in Viridian City, so why had he suddenly come to Saffron City? Could he have come to discuss something? Or was he here for Silph Co.? If he really was here for Silph Co., then Silph Co. was probably in danger.
"Good afternoon, Mr. Giovanni. Are you here for the Technology Expo?" Heath asked
