The next morning, Heath climbed out of bed and yawned. He had not used Calm Mind to regulate his body today; he had simply had an ordinary night's sleep. He had to admit that although Calm Mind worked very well, he still preferred the feeling of sleeping. Sleep did a great deal to ease the mind, and Heath really liked it. He enjoyed that unique feeling. The only problem was probably that sleeping too little or too long both left him instinctively feeling rather uncomfortable.
Heath had once heard a very interesting theory: when people slept, their souls traveled to other parallel worlds, allowing them to obtain unknown clues. For example, some people had dreamed of winning a prize, then bought a lottery ticket after waking up and actually won. That was a theory put forward by the original author.
But now that he was in this world, Heath felt that sort of thing was somewhat possible. After all, he knew that the Pokémon world had a creator god: Arceus.
He had to admit that although Arceus's divine standing had not come across as particularly high in the games and anime, where it seemed like an ordinary Pokémon, later revelations stated that Arceus actually controlled countless Pokémon worlds, each containing one of its avatars. After that, Heath felt that Arceus's status seemed to have instantly risen quite a bit, or at least improved considerably over what it had been before.
So the existence of parallel universes and parallel dimensions in this world was perfectly normal. One only had to look at Team Rainbow Rocket to know that.
"Yawn... huh? Where's Zoroark?" Just after waking up, Heath instinctively felt around beside himself, only to find no sign of Zoroark. He opened his eyes and looked around, then confirmed one thing: Zoroark
