Miho Nishizumi visited the Adventurers' Association to post a million-gold-soul-coin bounty for a capable naval commander, and guild master Xue Ming suggested the pirate Zi Zhenzhu as a candidate. After Miho asked about the unknown waters west of Sea God Island, Xue Ming identified them as the Sea of Death, a forbidden region from which no one returned.
