Description

The world stretches boundlessly beneath the heavens, its splendid landscapes steeped in spiritual power. In the east, ancient Taoist traditions endure; in western Shu, new schools of the mystic arts rise to prominence. The northern Quanzhen tradition, the southern Alchemical tradition, the Sword Sect, and the Chan Buddhist tradition take the stage in turn, each adding to the grandeur of this vast world.

But where a hundred schools contend, demons and fiends also run rampant. The southern factions are cunning, the northern factions savage, while hordes of demons beyond the seas watch with predatory eyes. Even among the orthodox sects, rivalries between Taoist and mystic traditions, and divisions between north and south, stir dangerous undercurrents. Cosmic tribulations, tribulations of slaughter, and demonic tribulations descend upon this land in relentless succession. True peace has never existed here.

Until one day, in the eastern region of Yuzhang, a fifteen-year-old boy enters the immortal mountain of the Three Pure Ones. Advancing with unstoppable momentum, he cultivates a primordial unity encompassing myriad arts. This Taoist seeks neither ascension nor a summons from Heaven. He wishes only to remain in the mortal world as an Earth Immortal, vowing to safeguard humanity forever and sweep away every vermin that preys upon it.

And so the Four Seas churn, and the Five Continents tremble.

When the Tao has such a champion, none can stand against him.
