One was Primordial Sovereign of Azure Clouds, the Orthodox God of Mount Tai belonging to Shangqing Cult Master True Person Chengchu. The other belonged to the Daoist who had proposed granting Cheng Xinzhan a register: his Inner Landscape Deity was the City God of Ancient Jizhou, Enfeoffed by Shang, the Duke of Awe-Inspiring Might.
As for deities who commanded all mountains and governed the earth, Primordial Sovereign of Azure Clouds could count as half of one, since her status as the Orthodox God of Mount Tai, foremost of the Five Great Mountains, allowed her to mobilize the garrison troops of the mountains. But Crown Prince Bingling alone had actually been invested with authority over the Three Mountains and Five Great Mountains.
These people were all accomplished cultivators of the Shangqing Sect and certainly lacked no Visualization Diagrams. Never mind Crown Prince Bingling; presumably even an image of the Eastern Peak Great Emperor could be found on Juqu Mountain.
