Autumn Outing

Another weekend in October.

Under the pretext of an Autumn Outing, Liang Xing gathered the child stars he had previously signed.

Qi Tian was naturally no exception.

Liang Xing had only asked symbolically, and the little guy immediately promised it would not interfere with his studies. He stubbornly insisted on joining the outing.

Meanwhile, A Lie and Qian Lai had somehow caught wind of the news and tagged along with cheeky grins.

But since they had come looking for him themselves, there definitely would not be any appearance fees.

Only then did the two learn that Liang Xing was planning to film a reality show.

Of course, rather than calling it a show, it was more accurate to say it was meant to promote the Digivice.

The original plan had been to edit together footage of an adventure in the Digital World, but passersby now already knew that Digimon existed.

Their curiosity about Digimon would surely outweigh the exhaustion they felt after being attacked.

And so, the reality show Autumn Outing began preparations.

Before filming had even officially begun, Baisha TV had already booked the premiere broadcast.

On the day of the gathering, A Lie shouted and rushed over despite still being far away.

However, compared with Qi Tian and the others, A Lie and Qian Lai's Digimon were still in their first Baby stage.

A Lie had specifically asked Liang Xing before. As long as it did not interfere with official filming, he was allowed to livestream whenever he wanted.

So, during this gathering, he was livestreaming with his phone in hand.

"I've eaten. Get on the bus and wait first."

Liang Xing also happened to be using A Lie's stream to promote the effects of exhaustion. That would save him from having people fearlessly rushing up to touch Digimon when they actually needed to film passersby later.

—That would make the editing rather difficult~

"Uncle A Lie! Over here!" Qi Tian waved from the window. A Lie answered with a smile and got on the bus to wait as Liang Xing instructed.

Aside from Qi Tian and the driver, there were two other children on the bus.

One was a boy around Qi Tian's age, a first-year middle schooler named Lian Jin.

He was fiddling with something on his laptop, with a cute pink little creature—Mochimon—perched on his head.

"Hi, hi~" Mochimon grinned at A Lie and greeted him as well.

The other was a fifth-grade girl wearing a hat, named Ning Jing.

She held a work of youth tragedy literature in her hands, her brows slightly furrowed.

Only after A Lie got on the bus and she heard the movement did the little girl look up. She politely greeted him, "Hello, Uncle."

Beside her was a bulb-like little Digimon with a large flower blooming on its head—Piyomon. It also greeted A Lie.

Naturally, Liang Xing had already informed the child stars that he was allowing A Lie to livestream.

But out of courtesy, A Lie still asked. Only then did Lian Jin notice someone had boarded, and he smiled as he greeted him.

Liang Xing had mentioned it to the child stars beforehand, and A Lie had taken the initiative to ask, so the two smiled and greeted the stream viewers.

They were not especially famous child stars, but there were viewers in the livestream who had seen dramas they had appeared in, prompting another wave of discussion.

'This autumn outing is something else! Child stars and a streamer? What is Boss Liang planning?'

Viewers who had been following since GD Racers knew that Liang Xing was leading this autumn outing.

Surely this outing was not simply meant to take his nephew out to have fun, right?

As Mochimon and Piyomon appeared on-screen amid the discussion, the chat instantly changed direction.

It was A Lie's first time seeing Mochimon and Piyomon as well. Seeing the livestream flooded with questions, he cautiously asked.

"What are your Digimon called? This is my partner, Choromon."

The livestream viewers had already seen A Lie's Digimon many times.

It looked like a gray computer mouse and was especially lively.

"I'm Mochimon."

"I'm Piyomon."

The two Digimon introduced themselves voluntarily and even leaned closer to the livestream camera, sending the viewers into another round of hysterics.

These were toys that money could not buy. All they could do was feast their eyes.

"Uncle A Lie! Over here!"

Qi Tian's Kurokyumon had already successfully evolved into Koromon. And because it had single-handedly taken down Goblinmon for the "experience," Koromon was also the Digimon closest to the Child stage among the beta testers.

"Hi! Tiantian, have you eaten breakfast?"

Because of A Lie's arrival, the little ones on the bus also began moving around.

Lian Jin stopped fiddling with his laptop, while Ning Jing became extremely curious about Koromon.

As child stars, Lian Jin and Ning Jing had already outgrown the phase of getting hyper whenever people were around.

As for Qi Tian, his experiences with GD Racers had helped the little guy mature considerably as well.

So when he saw Lian Jin working on his laptop and Ning Jing sitting properly as she read, he had felt too embarrassed to disturb them.

But it was different now that A Lie had arrived.

With an adult on the bus, the children naturally gathered together.

"What book were you reading just now?" Qi Tian finally asked the question he had been holding inside.

"It wasn't good. It was a love story about a bunch of unlucky people."

"Oh—then it wasn't good!" Qi Tian echoed, only half understanding.
