At around 6 p.m. on Friday, Qi Tian and the others gathered at Qian Lai's home.
"Let me introduce everyone. This is Li Yuan. Thanks to him, our leveling spot is finally ready!"
To be honest, Qian Lai had not expected the Virus-type Digimon cultivation plan to come together so quickly.
Li Yuan had practically pulled all-nighters throughout the week, only catching a brief nap when he was completely exhausted. Qian Lai had genuinely worried he might drop dead from overwork.
But he had to admit that this work ethic had driven the plan forward at breakneck speed.
"This should be the Goblinmon Boss Qian mentioned. Time was tight, so the public-facing interface could only be this basic. Sorry about that."
Li Yuan pointed at a patch of green pixels on the screen. He was not entirely sure himself.
But since Qian Lai said it was, that was how he introduced it.
"Let me try it first!" Qi Tian did not care about any of that. He immediately pulled out his Digivice, ready to send Agumon in for a fight.
"What are all those densely packed black dots?" A Lie stopped Qi Tian and asked cautiously.
He trusted that Qian Lai would not harm them, but he did not understand programming. What if someone was fooling them?
As the old saying went, one should not intend to harm others, but one must guard against being harmed.
"They're viruses! Based on my estimates, one Digimon should be born every two hours or so. I'll use a firewall to isolate them. Look, there's one here too, but it isn't Goblinmon. We still don't know exactly what it is."
Li Yuan dragged the screen with his mouse, and a clump of purple pixels appeared enclosed by red lines.
