The two teams had vastly different compositions in this match.

LYN, on blue side, had a lineup that leaned toward the mid and late game.

With the excellent synergy of Xayah and Rakan, Orianna and Galio's crowd control, and Kha'Zix's cleanup potential, it was practically perfect in a sense.

IG, on red side, had a classic aggressive composition.

Even setting Elise and Syndra aside,

Draven alone in the bot lane could easily fade into irrelevance if he failed to snowball.

That meant IG had to break the game open quickly and finish it fast.

Soon, both teams settled into a standard opening.

Since this was their first match, both sides were cautious and had no intention of fighting at level one.

"Listen up, guys," LYN's jungler Oddie said. "Their mid laner is really strong, so I'll be focusing on helping mid."

"I'll hold steady," their mid laner Seiya said gravely.

Orianna was already at a disadvantage against Syndra.

With the gap in player skill on top of that, even the slightest mistake could lead to a solo kill!

"Of course," Oddie added with a smile, "they were careless enough to give us both Xayah and Rakan. As long as we hold steady through laning, winning later should be easy."

Their top laner Jirall sounded equally relaxed. "Looks like we have a shot at winning this one."

Over on IG's side, Ning Wang was straightforward. "Same as usual. I'll start red and clear toward bot."

"Okay," Lu Chen said with a nod.

Since they weren't leashing their jungler, Draven and Thresh reached lane very quickly.

Lu Chen began pushing as soon as the minions arrived.

By the time LYN's duo reached lane, two of their minions were already dead!

But they weren't willing to give up the race to level two just like that, so they began pushing back.

Clearly, these two played very aggressively.

Or rather, having picked Xayah and Rakan, they naturally wanted to establish a lead in lane.

Lu Chen narrowed his eyes slightly and suddenly said, "Baolan, get ready to fight."

With an unbelievable ninety-degree sidestep, Draven made Rakan's ability miss by a hair!

If iBoy, Crystal, or the others had been there, they wouldn't have engaged even if Draven had stood farther forward.

Against C God's Draven, simply holding steady counted as a success!

Clearly, LYN's two players had paid the price for not knowing their opponent.

"He dodged it! What brilliant movement from Draven!"

Guan Zeyuan's commentary came right on cue. "Rakan's Grand Entrance missed the knockup! IG are going to turn this around!"

Lu Chen didn't pause for a moment, his twin axes repeatedly spinning through the air toward Rakan.

By now, LYN's duo had clearly realized something was wrong.

One axe, then another.

With the damage bonuses from his Q and Fervor of Battle, Draven's damage was downright incomprehensible!

In just a few seconds, Rakan had dropped to one-third health.

Baolan decisively put Ignite on him.

Only then did Xayah remember to use Heal, but it was already too late. With Ignite's healing reduction, a level-one Heal didn't even restore fifty health!

LYN's duo had just prepared to farm a wave safely beneath their turret when Ning Wang's Elise walked straight down from the Tri-brush.

A level-one Rakan and a level-two Xayah trembled beneath their turret.

"What are IG doing? Diving them outright?!" Xiao San sounded bewildered.

Since it was a dive, Elise naturally initiated.

Ning Wang landed his E, Cocoon, on the Flash-less Rakan, fired off Q and W, then transformed into spider form and lunged in with a bite to trigger Thunderlord's Decree!

Lu Chen's axes came down without hesitation. Three attacks supplied the remaining damage and secured Rakan's kill!

A bounty of 230 popped up above his head!

IG Chen Yu has slain LYN Genthix!

At that moment, Baolan's Thresh also landed a hook on Xayah, slowly dragging the target outward before chaining it into his E's crowd control.

Lu Chen's axes kept coming without pause!

Once Ning Wang had tanked the turret down to low health, she used her E, Rappel, to break its targeting.

Baolan stayed at the edge to keep tanking. Once his health ran low, Lu Chen would take over.

As Draven threw his final basic attack, Xayah finally panicked and used a fatal Flash, merely relocating the grave!

ble Kill!"

"Killing Spree!"

Draven was now 3-0!

On the other side,

LYN's bot-lane duo stared blankly at their screens, seemingly unable to believe they had died so easily.

More than three minutes in, almost four, their support was still only level one, and their AD carry was only level two!

There was no need even to look at their creep scores.

As for their jungler Oddie, he was even more bewildered. He was still camping mid, so how was bot lane already on the verge of completely collapsing?

"Double kill!" Guan Zeyuan shouted. "That was an absolutely textbook dive from IG! Unbelievable! They secured two kills under the turret at level two!"
