Chen Jue did not actually call out those seemingly teasing words, afraid that a sudden sound would startle the adorably foolish bear and make her drop what little honeycomb she still had in her mouth!
She had gone to enormous trouble to get such a large piece of honeycomb, only to end up with less than half of it left in her mouth. Most had fallen in front of Chen Jue. Like picking up sesame seeds only to lose a watermelon, she had handed all the benefits to him.
Once he saw the black bear disappear into the forest with the wild bees chasing her, Chen Jue crawled out of the grass and strolled over to the large chunk of honeycomb with bees circling above it.
With their nest raided, the wild honeybees had begun attacking nearby living creatures indiscriminately. The capped langurs that had been watching from several nearby trees had long since leaped away to hide somewhere.
When they spotted Chen Jue and saw him approaching the fallen honeycomb step by step, the large swarm circling overhead buzzed toward him!
Chen Jue did not dodge. Instead, he drew a deep breath, his chest swelling and his throat flexing, then opened his mouth and roared out the Tiger Roar Golden Bell Shield's lethal sonic move, [Tiger Roars in the Mountains]!
A white mass of air the size of a wheel burst from Chen Jue's mouth. With a boom, like a grenade exploding, the white surge sent a fan-shaped shock wave sweeping across the several meters in front of him. Every wild bee in its path was killed by the shock and fell into the grass.
Even the surrounding weeds and wildflowers were blown every which way by the aftershock, as though a force-ten gale had swept through!
