Everyone in the collection hall had long since been so stunned by the strange phenomenon before them that their eyes widened and their expressions grew somewhat numb.
Chen Jue calmly watched the unusual humanoid projected from the Cloud-Patterned Bronze Five-Pillar Vessel.
In its surroundings, he could see large numbers of Cloud-Patterned Bronze Gui resembling those on the ancient bronze artifacts.
However, those Cloud-Patterned Bronze Gui were clearly not decorations. They served a conductive function similar to electrical wires, with strands of scarlet-gold energy visibly flowing through them.
On either side of the seat where the humanoid sat, he could vaguely make out an enclosed environment resembling a spacecraft cabin. Clearly, it was aboard an unidentified flying object of unknown origin.
"Is that scarlet-gold energy an external application of plasma energy?" As Chen Jue watched the golden energy, a sense of familiarity arose within him.
After breaking through to the Void Level, Chen Jue could not have been more familiar with this plasma energy.
Moreover, a five-colored crystal was embedded in the unusual humanoid's forehead, indicating that it, too, was a cultivator who had condensed Mind Energy.
He simply did not know what sort of technology it had used to project its Mind Energy across 130 billion kilometers to Earth!
While Chen Jue was speculating, the unusual humanoid in the image, dressed in something resembling armor, seemed to be trying to communicate with him.
Unfortunately, the image could not transmit sound. The humanoid suddenly raised its hand and pointed, and under the influence of Five-Colored Radiance, the golden energy flowing beside it began to turn into fine threads, forming a string of square characters resembling ancient hieroglyphs within the image.
At that moment, the five
