The night passed without incident.
Early the next morning, Xia Xu finished a round of morning training with Luo Hongyun as usual, then washed up again and prepared to head to school.
"Hello, does Luo Hongyun still live here?"
Just as he reached the entrance to the residential complex, a red supercar stopped beside him. Its window slowly lowered, revealing the face of a white woman with dark golden curls.
She was beautiful, though she probably was not all that young anymore. She also had a broad frame. Although she did not look fat overall, she had a muscular build that gave off the same intense pressure as a burly man.
"Yes, but he moved to another house, right next door to mine. Would you like me to take you there?"
The blonde woman spoke rather awkward Xia Kingdom language, but a thought struck Xia Xu, and he guessed who she was. He replied directly in Russian.
What a coincidence. Only last night, he had said someone would soon be coming to look after Louise, and here she was this morning.
"Thank you so much."
Hearing Xia Xu's words, the blonde woman immediately brightened, though she was also a little puzzled. "But how did you know I was from the Bear Kingdom?"
"I knew as soon as I heard you were looking for Uncle Luo. He doesn't normally have ladies visiting him. The only lady he often mentions is Louise's mother, a woman from the Bear Kingdom.
"I'm guessing that's you, right?"
Xia Xu responded with a smile.
Uncle Luo, this is all I can do for you.
"Are you his nephew?"
Sure enough, the blonde woman looked even happier at that, and her tone grew warmer.
"Not really, but I'm very close to him. And to Louise, of course."
