Following that line of reasoning, even if this new bat Modified Serum appeared again later, it might well not be entirely identical to Yao Fu's "protagonist-exclusive" dose.

To put it a little more concretely, the serum itself could be regarded as a culture medium. What actually performed the genetic modification should have been the cells and viruses carried within it.
