But that clearly meant little to Xia Xu. He had no shortage of money and needed no financial support. At most, he would borrow the department's facilities and equipment.
The next day, while club recruitment was still underway, the Xinghai Mechanical Research and Development Group followed suit and set up a recruitment booth near the Science and Technology Museum, officially beginning to recruit members.
Naturally, Xia Xu handled this personally. None of the attributes of the passing stream of new and returning students escaped his eyes.
