This was the sole heart of Dragon's Country,
and the seat of the Dragon Nation's highest authorities. All its foremost figures would gather here.
Today, however, seemed to be a rather special day.
Figures streamed through the spatial passage outside Dragon City, arriving on the Dragon Platform that stood between reality and illusion within the city.
This place was called the Looking Dragon Platform, and also the Ascending Dragon Platform.
It had four floors.
The topmost floor was where Sacred Dragon Legend normally worked.
The remaining three floors were places where Dragon Tamers came to rest, though they served several other purposes as well.
At this very moment, in the enormous conference room with its adjoining terrace on the third floor,
figures arrived one after another, taking everyone by surprise.
