Su Ping left with a new idea for combining the Five Elements Paper Diagram with Qianyi and received a major experience reward from the Myriad Spirits Codex.

• The Five Elements Paper Diagram began fusing its skills, and Zhu Hong used Mind Essence Jade to accelerate the process.
• After an hour and a half, the Five Elements Paper Diagram completed its transformation and gained the Super-Rank Skill Heavenly Cycle Five Elements Body.
• Su Ping inspected the skill and learned that it amplified energy, nullified and absorbed many Five Elements attacks, and granted control over all five elements.

• Qianyi revealed that its Five Elements Sword Box was assembled from ten Paper-Folding Men and could fire energy swords using the Five Elements Paper Diagram.
• Su Ping asked Qin Erlong whether the Ten Thousand Flowers Mystic Realm would survive Qianyi's attack, and Qin Erlong said it should endure as long as the Queen's origin remained intact.

• Su Ping complained that Qin Erlong and Sang Sage had blamed him for damaging the Ten Thousand Flowers Mystic Realm, while Liu Fuhai privately enjoyed seeing Old Qin suffer a setback.
• Zhu Hong told Su Ping that Lord Legend had recognized his Heavenly Cycle Five Elements Body research and ordered him awarded the Dragon Emblem and additional privileges.
• Zhu Hong explained that the Dragon Emblem allowed its holder to enter Dragon City, seek a dragon pet, and receive special status and protection in the Dragon Nation.
• Su Ping imagined raising dragons as the story shifted to a slaughterhouse holding captured bird pets in Linzhou’s Eastern Suburbs.
• Little Crow Yaya, a Commander Rank Fire-Eating Crow, circled above the slaughterhouse to rescue the imprisoned birds and become a hero.

Yaya freed captured birds from Boss Wang’s slaughterhouse, then led a Law Enforcement Officer back to Woodheart, where Su Ping agreed to compensate for the damage and the escaped birds. Zhu Hong realized Su Ping had unknowingly passed an important part of Dragon City's trial by treating Boss Wang fairly despite his status as a Dragon Emblem bearer.

• Yaya corroded open the birds’ Energy-Sealing Iron Cage, freeing dozens of captured birds while sparing Boss Wang and his workers.
• Boss Wang’s Steel-Spined Boar Afu charged at Yaya, tripped, and injured itself by crashing into a wall as the Law Enforcement Officer arrived.
• After recognizing Yaya’s ownership mark and identifying Woodheart, the Law Enforcement Officer took Boss Wang there to meet Su Ping.
• Su Ping apologized for Yaya’s actions and offered to compensate Boss Wang above the value of the escaped birds, while Boss Wang clarified that Afu had injured itself.

Su Ping discovered a tiny, hostile flame in his Beast Taming Space that seemed to be a fragment of the shattered Fire Phoenix, then focused on cultivating Xiao Qing and expanding the Heart of Myriad Spirits. As construction and feeding costs mounted, Master Zhu Hong called to tell him that Big Yellow had evolved.

• Su Ping found the tiny flame, which spoke in Ancient Serpent Script of humans as betrayers but could not remember who it was, and he decided not to force it out of hiding.
• Ye Zhou announced that he and Dong Muxuan were returning to Demon City with Sang Sage and Qin Xiaoxue, and he challenged Su Ping to face him at the midyear assessment.
