"Meow~" (So this was the power of the monarch rank...)

Purple Cloud came closer, its pupils contracting sharply as the drop of blood was reflected in its mismatched eyes.

Amid that power, a sense of affinity born of their shared element welled up, giving it a strong feeling that, as long as it swallowed the blood, its level of existence would gradually rise, reaching an entirely new species rank.

Shaking its head hard, Purple Cloud gradually calmed down.

It had an evolution path that would let it evolve smoothly as long as it followed the steps. It could not ruin the greater plan on an impulse.

Purple Cloud turned its gaze toward the resources placed in the four corners of the Alloy Box.

In the upper left was a deep purple, diamond-shaped crystal brimming with Lightning Element power, occasionally shooting out an arc of electricity. That was the electricity crystal.

In the lower left was a seemingly unremarkable stone with a naturally rounded shape and balanced, gentle energy that belonged to no element. That was the Harmonizing Stone.

In the upper right, held in a small, transparent test tube, was roughly one milliliter of liquid brimming with tremendous vitality, as though a single drop could restore flesh to bare bones. That was the Life Dewdrop.

In the lower right was a flower radiating a colorful halo, untouched by the passage of time and giving off a faint sense of transcendence. That was the transcendence flower.

These four resources were less important than the main resource, but seeing the complete set neatly laid out before it gave Purple Cloud an unprecedented sense of reassurance.

Without them, the success rate of evolution would drop drastically. It would be like walking a tightrope, where the slightest misstep meant utter ruin.

"Everything checks out."
