• Han Qing offered Jiang Hao half of her estate and explained that the North Sea army might soon breach the City of Eternity, prompting him to realize she wanted him to use his three requests from the Snow and Ice Banshee if he faced danger.
• When Jiang Hao tried to leave, Han Qing told him Xiao Lin had threatened to conquer Shenzhou and revealed that they were betrothed under an agreement tied to Marshal Dragon Venerable's return to battle.
• Jiang Hao apologized for his anger, accepted that Han Qing was acting to protect Shenzhou, and promised to fight for the kingdom.
• The next day, Jiang Hao returned to Primordial City with the squad and found the War Academy nearly deserted, while Yang Qingliu had already reported to the City of Eternity.
• Guo Dundun told Jiang Hao that his father forbade him from going to the front, and Jiang Hao offered to speak with his father and accompany him.

After clashing with Liu Zhiwei and Qian Zhonglin, Jiang Hao accepted Liu Zhiwei’s challenge to compete over who would kill more northern barbarians, with five rare beast crystals at stake.

Gongsun Qianxue’s unit took over the heavily pressured Northern Sector Three, where Jiang Hao was ordered to guard Wen Ruxue while the recruits fought the Northern Barbarians. The battle continued as Chubby gained confidence after killing a Northern Barbarian and a Snow Wolf.

• Gongsun Qianxue led her recruits to Northern Sector Three after General Wang ordered her unit to reinforce it.
• Gongsun Qianxue rallied her soldiers, then killed a Werewolf in an instant and organized the defense of the sector.

Jiang Hao saved the support Beast Tamers by killing a powerful Werewolf after it nearly defeated Gongsun Qianxue. His kill earned him forty merit points and the Werewolf’s beast crystal, while Gongsun Qianxue finally recognized his strength.

• Jiang Hailong reconsidered the Beast Pet Tournament recruits after Song Jie and the others fought effectively against the Snow Wolves.
• A powerful Werewolf broke through the defenders, killed more than a dozen support Beast Tamers with its howl, and tore apart two defensive Beast Tamers.

• After Jiang Hao killed an enemy officer and earned eighty military merits, the Reserve Force surged forward, leaving the defenders crowded and disorganized.
• Snow Wolves broke onto the City Wall and massacred soldiers, so Gongsun Qianxue ordered Jiang Hao to stop them and promised him a merit.
• Jiang Hao asked Chubby to watch Gongsun Qianxue, then coordinated with Wen Ruxue to destroy the Snow Wolves with his skills.
