Gu Sheng had only just woken up when he received the good news that his capable subordinate, Aberdeen's Boss Lui Wai, had been killed. He then summoned the various Bosses for a meeting.
When he reached the conference room, it was wreathed in smoke, as though it were on fire.
The Bosses sat smoking around the table, while their Maids sat smoking against the walls. Cigarette butts littered the floor.
Apart from Big Fly, who had just returned to Macau Island, all the other Bosses were there, whispering among themselves.
After all, Lui Wai had brought his men and territory with him when he joined Hongxing, and he was a Boss just like them.
