"So, what exactly is your objective?" The man sitting opposite Hon Ping was Ishii Takamasa, the Fifth Generation Head of the Yokosuka Family.

As for the smaller organizations, they simply did not care what things were like elsewhere, nor did they have the means to make contact. At most, they occasionally picked up some hearsay to use as conversation fodder.
Hongxing Leader Gu Sheng was precisely that conversation fodder.
Practically everyone in the underworld knew of him.
His bad temper was notorious.
