After receiving the Star Network's assurance.
Early the next morning, the Earth Alliance's registration team arrived in Fate City.
Three silver-gray aircraft landed in the Central Plaza. As their hatches slid open, eighteen staff members in matching uniforms filed out.
They carried collection equipment that looked bizarre to the Fate Race and set up a temporary workstation in the center of the plaza.
"Please cooperate with the collection of your biological information."
Through a translator, the lead registration representative explained the situation to the gathered members of the Fate Race, stating that this was a necessary step toward obtaining official identities.
The Fate Race members, however, scoffed at this.
They did not care about Earth Alliance identities at all and even felt that the entire process was meaningless.
But this was the Fate Master's requirement, so they could only cooperate.
As a long line formed outside the temporary workstation, the registration staff held palm-sized scanners and scanned the Fate Race members' pupils one by one.
After each scan, the Fate Race member's iris pattern became one of their identifying markers.
Genetic sampling took place at the same time. Staff members took out slender sampling rods, intending to extract genetic samples from the Fate Race members.
But this step stumped the Eclipse Race staff.
Under normal circumstances, the sharp-tipped sampling rods could easily extract blood samples from their targets.
Yet the sampling rods could not pierce the Fate Race members' bodily defenses.
The Fate Race members could hardly hide the contempt in their eyes.
Faced with this problem, Fate Throat immediately ordered his people to cooperate by drawing and submitting their own blood.
Although the clan members were displeased, they dared not defy any of Fate Throat's decisions.
Once this step was completed, unique Identity Codes were generated on the spot.
