A misunderstanding?
Facing everyone's stares, Qin Manjiang knew this was no time to explain. If they came any closer, he would barely be able to hold himself back...
Without further hesitation, he turned and fled toward the park exit.
But in that last glance before he turned, he vaguely saw that although the little girl kneeling before the corpse had covered her tearful eyes with her hands, the corners of her mouth seemed to be smiling.
