"I don't know." Nathanos swallowed again. His heart clearly was not beating, yet he could feel the crushing pressure of a racing heartbeat against his chest. His vision blurred, and nausea rose in him. Only after coughing several times did he finally recover.
During this time, Alexstrasza tried to use her power to ease his pain. Though it did little good, he still forced himself to give the Queen of Dragons a smile.
