Before long, it began spreading to the surrounding cities, along with accounts of the Plas City-State's two Great Heroes.
Viscount Grant, who had just returned to the Rafael City-State, found it rather hard to believe when he heard the news.
"How dare they? Where do they think the Thirteen Great Thieves got their reputation?"
