• Lin Hao met Matthew, Cardinal Owen, and Nefa Moonshadow in Bright Fort, where they urged him to restrain himself and he said he would not attack anyone who did not provoke him.
• The Brightsword Mercenary Corps welcomed Lin Hao and offered to escort his shipment, while he rejected the offer of free service and dismissed rumors linking him to the Saintess and the Elf Princess.
• Lin Hao left Bright Fort to hunt more Ice Spirits, as news of his killings spread and the Plas City-State expanded its trade under his protection.

• Yana charged the resurrected Hero, and Sean Lauren joined her while Legendary defenders met the advancing Ice Spirits.
• Lin Hao leapt across Bright Gorge and killed several Legendary dead warriors, prompting Aser to attack him with the Fallen Holy Sword.
• Lin Hao used his Mysterious Black Mecha and Floating Soldiers to overpower Aser, while Golin fought Viktor and Finland confronted Yates.

Wang Zhen and Liu Chao discovered a struggling survivor settlement in the Great Jin desert, shared food, and learned about an Evacuation Item and black iron sand. Lin Hao decided to investigate the resources himself and flew toward the settlement, arriving after dark.

• Old Zhang and Yang Zheng discussed leaving their desert settlement for University Town when Wang Zhen and Liu Chao arrived on Winged Bugs and asked for water and information.
• Wang Zhen and Liu Chao learned the survivors had fallen into the Abyss four months earlier and came from the Great Jin dynasty, then warned them that University Town was more than two thousand kilometers away through dangerous rainforest.
