Kallen advanced through the Church’s Final Selection with a squad of allies, surviving Phantom Beasts, mental trials, and a Divine Artifact assault. After securing a place in the Reincarnation Valley trial, he returned to York City and learned that Philomina’s search had uncovered the name of the man who destroyed her family: Immoreles.

• Kevin retrieved the purple egg with Kallen, and Alfred explained that its Sea God Heart could transform Kallen while the survivors waited for Vien Empire reinforcements to search Corona Island.
• Lemar asked Kallen to help free Selena from a Voss Family seal, and Kallen arranged for the Captain to handle the plan while he prepared for the church selection.
• Kallen trained with Old Delong, mastered the Magic Cube more deeply, and concluded that the Immerlis Family Faith System emphasized learning and Plunder.
• Kallen and Richard entered the selection’s illusion trial, where Kallen dragged Richard through the freezing mountain until Richard withdrew and Kallen placed fourth.
• Kallen formed an alliance with Aisili, Bart, and Ventura, then recognized Dis in a portrait at Ventura’s grandparents’ home.

Kallen formed a Whip of Order squad, traveled to Dinge District, and prepared his team for the Gate of Reincarnation. When the Church ordered Ventura to host Funites, Kallen took his place, then discovered that Muli’s Purple Pill could help Lord Gaitenbert possess him.

• Kallen recruited his companions into his Whip of Order squad, reunited with his maternal grandmother, and investigated Philomina’s pursuit of the puppet-maker.
• Kallen arranged Mr. Giotto’s funeral, learned more about Helen and Vernon, and traveled with his squad to Dinge District.
• Kallen impressed Instructor Pilo and defeated Liwen in a controlled spar, then received authorization to summon and customize the Black Prison Castle for his squad.
• Kallen endured nightmares of the War Scythe and prepared with Muli’s squad for the Gate of Reincarnation, agreeing to travel together and share information.
• At Reincarnation Valley, Kallen objected when Geluowen ordered Ventura to host Funites and offered to take Ventura’s place instead.
• Geluowen performed the Token Binding Ritual on Kallen and Muli, who gave Kallen one of his Purple Pills to improve their chances of retaining their identities.
• After reaching Reincarnation Valley, Kallen rejected Peide’s offer of information and discovered that the Purple Pill weakened the soul so Lord Gaitenbert could occupy Muli’s body.

Kallen led the squads through the Gate of Reincarnation, secured Soul Contracts, and confronted Gaitenbert and Funites while the Wall God Rilielsa approached awakening. After surviving the Throne of Order and Rilielsa's enthralled pursuers, the group took shelter with Lord Dar in Blazing Valley while the churches outside prepared an expeditionary force.

• Kallen joined forces with Muli at Tajima Village and led both squads in search of suitable souls.
• Kallen rescued Ganfusen's family from Reincarnation believers, arranged Soul Contracts for four boys, and secured more partners at the Dark Cavern.
• Kallen resisted Linda's dream trap and survived the Throne of Order by drawing on its power and remaking his powers as aspects of Order.
• Kallen destroyed Funites and the three-headed Giant Python, while Muli reclaimed his purified inheritance and Gaitenbert died under a hidden restriction.

Kallen returned from the Gate of Reincarnation, established his Whip of Order squad, and became entangled in a massacre targeting purple-haired residents and a secret attempt to create a New God. After helping Neo through a dangerous awakening and gathering his squad, Kallen prepared for a tomb expedition near Sangpu City.

• Rilielsa escaped through the Gate of Reincarnation and unleashed her divine aspect, but her power faded and she retreated after ordering Order to die.
• Kallen and his team returned from the gate, reported their mission, received orders to form Whip of Order Squads, and returned to York City.
• Kallen negotiated his squad’s terms, accepted Philomina Felsher, and brought Xili’s rescued family to safety after Sacred Flame believers attacked their neighborhood.
• Neo and Kallen investigated the violence, while Neo killed a jar-bearing attacker and Kallen defeated an armored puppet carrying a yellow sea urchin.
• Norton confronted the Divine Temple over its cooperation with the Principle God Church, whose experiment sought to create a New God.
• Kallen helped Neo survive the awakening of his Mad Pope bloodline, then resisted a powerful hunger that tempted him to devour Thousand Enchantments.
