Xia Xiu took the cross knuckle dusters. Their weight was just right. He put one on, then activated [Ignition]. Fierce [Adora Explosion] flames jetted from the cross-shaped glyphs.
Xia Xiu sensed several frequency-adjustment runes at the knuckle dusters' cross-shaped glyphs. He used [Arson] to adjust the output frequency of EVE particles, and once he finished, the flames jetting from the glyphs automatically took the shape of tiger claws.
"So, what do you think of this employee benefit?"
Pansy Jane sat on a tall black table with her legs crossed, smiling as she spoke to the blond, golden-eyed young man before her.
Xia Xiu glanced at the cigarette between her fingers. He thought she would get lung cancer sooner or later and die young.

"You catch on fast," Pansy Jane said with satisfaction.
"Aside from captains, everyone in the Dark Division goes by numbers or code names. They also have to wear protective suits made from [ember ingots] and masks."
"Normally, ordinary people also need supernatural training, but since you're one of the Qualified, you don't need to train with them."
