Xue Tianyu defeated Poseidon and confronted Tang San, Liu Erlong, and the Evil God King, while Qian Renxue and Qian Daoliu survived the battles. After Tang Chen died and the Evil God King escaped, Xue Tianyu helped the Sea Spirit Masters begin a new inheritance under the Water God.

• Xue Tianyu fought Poseidon with ice techniques and defeated him, then turned to face Tang San after Tang San emerged from his eggshell.
• Qian Renxue saved Qian Daoliu from Tang Chen’s control, and Qian Daoliu recovered through her Angel Divine Power before joining the fight.
• Xue Tianyu drove back Tang San and Liu Erlong, while Qian Renxue and the others protected their allies and learned that her final divine trial only required a soul bone.

Xue Tianyu began the Light God’s inheritance while Tang San forged an alliance with the Star Luo Empire and prepared Bai Chenxiang for the Goodness Goddess’s descent. On Sea God Island, the Sea Witch completed her Water God inheritance and revived Sea Dragon Douluo, whose soul held a trap left by Poseidon.

• The God Kings let the Goodness Goddess descend through Bai Chenxiang, while Tang San grieved Tang Chen and accepted the Asura Devil Sword’s mission to find her.
• Xue Tianyu entered the Light God’s inheritance, learned that his first trial required killing a god, and planned to target the Clear Sky Alliance.
• Tang Hao brought Bai Chenxiang into Tang San’s plan, and Tang San secured the Star Luo Emperor’s alliance after Zhu Zhuqing warned the court that Xue Tianyu could defeat gods.
• Xue Tianyu and the women visited Underwater City’s hot springs, where they flirted, played Truth or Dare, and teased one another.
• The Sea Witch completed the Ancient Water God’s inheritance as the seven Sacred Pillars reacted and a violent storm swept across Sea God Island.

Xue Tianyu gathered Sea Spirit Masters and reunited with allies as the God Realm prepared to oppose him and Tang San’s forces fled toward the Star Luo Empire. After Zhu Zhuqing revealed the Star Luo royal family’s alliance with Tang San, Xue Tianyu attacked the Clear Sky Alliance’s mountain stronghold and discovered it was empty.

• Xue Tianyu and the Sea Witch cleansed the Sacred Pillars, and the Sea Witch and Xiao Bai arranged to bring Sea Spirit Masters to the continent with him.
• The Snow Empress and Ice Empress awakened as deities while Xue Tianyu arrived at Seaside City with Xiao Bai and the Sea Spirit Masters, then assigned Zi Zhenzhu to build a navy there.
• The Asura God King oversaw Bai Chenxiang’s transformation into the Goodness Goddess’s vessel, and Tang San ordered the Clear Sky Alliance to flee through a secret passage.

Tang San seized the Star Luo Empire and renamed it the Clear Sky Empire while Xue Tianyu prepared a counterattack and investigated a suspected spy. The arc ended with Bai Chenxiang's poisoned attack failing, as Xue Tianyu revealed he knew she was not the Goodness Goddess.

• Xue Tianyu found Bai Chenxiang chained in the Clear Sky Alliance, and the Goodness Goddess later offered him a deal after questioning him about the Seven-Colored Profound Maiden.
• Tang Hao killed the Star Luo Emperor and arranged for Tang San to take the throne, while Bibi Dong completed her Rakshasa inheritance and joined Tang San.
• Tang San threatened the officials into accepting him as emperor and renamed the Star Luo Empire the Clear Sky Empire.
• Xue Tianyu learned the empire had fallen, promised Zhu Zhuqing she could become empress after Tang San's defeat, and gathered allies to prepare for war.
