• Bai Chenxiang surrendered control to the Goodness Goddess, who agreed to fulfill her deal with Xue Tianyu before Gu Yuena intervened and demanded his seal be removed.
• The Goodness Goddess treated Gu Yuena with a Holy Healing Bead, then Xue Tianyu collapsed as poison took effect and Spirit Hall’s forces fortified the Hot Spring Hotel.
• Gu Yuena and the Goodness Goddess fought through the hotel’s destruction while Xue Tianyu secretly maintained his act of being near death.
• The Goodness Goddess escaped through a rift opened by the Asura God, and Gu Yuena carried Xue Tianyu to the Lake of Life while Qian Renxue imposed martial law in Spirit City.

Xue Tianyu hunted the Human-faced Demon Spider King and gained its devouring and spatial abilities, while the Goddess of Light and Ancient Ice God emerged from his trials. Meanwhile, the Goodness Goddess replaced Tang Hao’s broken Clear Sky Hammer with a divine artifact, and Tang San arranged a trial in Sunset Forest as the story returned to Dugu Yan at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well.

• Xue Tianyu fought his way through the Man Faced Demon Spiders’ underground lair while Qian Renxue investigated spies in Spirit City and planned to mislead Tang San about the group’s whereabouts.
• The Human-faced Demon Spider King trapped Xue Tianyu near a sea of magma, but Gu Yuena sealed its space and Xue Tianyu killed it, gaining its Devour and Concealment skills.
• The Goddess of Light devoured the Spider King’s soul, and Xue Tianyu absorbed its spatial spirit bone to gain the Space Control Domain.
• The Ancient Ice God asked Gu Yuena how to make Xue Tianyu like her, while Xue Tianyu later practiced his new Devouring Ability on Zi Ji until Gu Yuena made him stop.
• The Goodness Goddess removed Tang Hao’s shattered Clear Sky Hammer and fused the Ink Nether Divine Sword into his soul, awakening a powerful new martial soul.
