This left the Driver Ghost uncertain for a moment. He even wondered whether he had been mistaken, his expression turning extremely ugly.

Lin Luo met him head-on, utterly unafraid of the Driver Ghost's harassment.
This display of confidence instead lowered the Driver Ghost's guard.
As far as the Driver Ghost was concerned, a player would probably have been scared shitless by now.
But just as Lin Luo and the Driver Ghost were about to come to blows, Uncle Ghost walked over from beside them and gave the Driver Ghost a sinister smile.
"This is my godson. Don't give him a hard time, all right?"
What sounded like a request actually carried a strong threat.
If the Driver Ghost kept picking a fight, he would face Uncle Ghost's retaliation.
Uncle Ghost was clearly more powerful than this Driver Ghost.
Intimidated by his strength, the Driver Ghost could only swallow his anger, however unwilling he was.
