Old Moen tried to aim, but he was simply too old. His aged body would not even let him straighten his arm.

A large hole had, however, been blasted into a defensive wall beside the tank.
Glowing blue energy still swirled around the hole's edges. The power of that shot had probably already surpassed the main guns of some war machines.
Yet this thing... was handheld?
The councilors present froze, then all turned to Old Moen.
