Practicing medicine in Zhu Zi Kingdom (XXX)

If one's heart is full of good intentions, how can one comprehend the sutra's meaning of punishing Evil Person?

Of course, Ao Tu himself was unaware of these things.

Firstly, he had never broken through to the Great Luo. Even though his essence was sufficient, he still lacked a connection. Therefore, his understanding of these Cultivation Realm above the Great Luo was not as clear as that of other great Supernatural Ability beings.

Secondly, whether it is a good thought or an evil thought, or Good Corpse or Evil Corpse, they are all merely manifestations of his own state of mind. How could he possibly discern himself?

Therefore, Ao Tu was unaware of the growth of his own evil thoughts.

He only believed in his own conscience.

Previously, when good thoughts were growing, Ao Tu had deliberately suppressed them because of Buddhist Dharma. But this time, when evil thoughts were growing, he completely let them run wild and ignored them without any suppression.

After collecting the endless Baleful Qi, the Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was completely cleared away, leaving no trace of Baleful Qi, only souls that had been converted.

If things had gone according to Ao Tu's original plan, he would have used the Golden Bushel of Primordial Unity to send these souls into the Six Paths of Reincarnation, using the Fragment the Book of Life and Death to correct and perfect the order of Heaven and Earth, thereby gaining great Merit.

That was his plan, at least until he entered the Netherworld Realm.

However, after experiencing the enlightenment he had just gained, Ao Tu realized that this alone could not cure the root cause of the problem.

Just like when Wukong healed the King of Zhu Zi Kingdom.

They only cured the King's physical illness, but they couldn't cure the root of his inner turmoil.

The Baleful Qi within those souls were purified by Ao Tu using the Black Lotus, but the sins they had committed over countless lifetimes were not absolved as a result.

Even if they are Reincarnation as humans, they will still slowly become Evil Person; even if they are reborn as dogs, they will become evil dogs.

They deserve to be punished and their sins atoned for.

Regarding this point, the original Eighteen Levels of Hell in the Netherworld Realm were far too lenient.

In Southern Jambudvipa, a person who has Evil Person for three lifetimes is already a once-in-a-century occurrence; Evil Person for Ten Lifetimes is unheard of for thousands of years. How can a hell built on such a foundation possibly punish these Evil Person of the Western Ox Continent who have Evil Person for hundreds or thousands of lifetimes?

Therefore, Ao Tu needs to build a hell even more severe than the Eighteen Levels of Hell to improve the deficiencies in the Rules of the Netherworld Realm. This is a great Merit and will bring eternal fortune. Ao Tu recalled that he had previously mentioned to the Jade Emperor that he wanted to create a realm in the Heavenly Realm for Good Person to ascend to heaven.

At that time, the Jade Emperor decreed that he should create a realm in the Western Heaven and a realm in the Nine Hells. He also reminded him that when creating a realm, he should do so in both the Heaven and the earth at the same time and in one go, otherwise he would be harmed by people in the long run.

Looking back now, it is clear that the Celestial Worthy Jade Emperor was indeed profound.

Ao Tu put aside his thoughts and retrieved the Black Lotus back to his body.

After this battle, the Black Lotus not only grew to the fifth grade, but also gained four more lotus leaves and a section of lotus root.

The four lotus leaves can be refined into four Precious Sword. As for the lotus root, Ao Tu has not yet figured out how to use it.

Ao Tu took Guanyin Bodhisattva's hand and said with a smile, "Alright, Teacher, everything is fine now."

Upon hearing this, Guanyin Bodhisattva glared at Ao Tu and asked, "Was that Golden Crow also a transformation of you?"

Although there was no clear evidence, upon learning that the Blood Sea Old Monster was Ao Tu in disguise, Guanyin Bodhisattva immediately guessed that the Great Sun Demon King, who appeared out of nowhere, was also a manifestation of this wicked disciple!

Ao Tu smiled but didn't admit it. He said, "Teacher, let's talk about this later. Empress Houtu is still watching. How about we awaken Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and Wukong first?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva glanced at the unconscious Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and Wukong, nodded in agreement, took out her Jade-Cleansing Bottle, and was about to sprinkle nectar when she remembered something. She glared at Ao Tu and said, "You will save them."

Ao Tu laughed and said, "Teacher, really, it doesn't matter who saves us, it's all the same." As he spoke, he naturally took the Jade-Cleansing Bottle, sprinkled a large amount of sweet dew, and woke up Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and Wukong.

Seeing this, Guanyin Bodhisattva was even angrier. She meant for Ao Tu to use the Three-Lights Divine Water that he had stolen from her to save people, but Ao Tu actually took her Jade-Cleansing Bottle to save people instead, and didn't even know how to be frugal. What a wicked disciple!

Ao Tu returned the Jade-Cleansing Bottle to Guanyin Bodhisattva. Seeing a hint of heartache in her eyes, he couldn't help but laugh and say, "Teacher, why be so stingy? I just fed Teacher a Taiyi Purple-Gold Elixir!"

Wukong suddenly jumped up and asked, "What pill? What pill?"

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva had also risen, Ao Tu said, "Just now you were struck by Baleful Qi, and your bodies were unstable. I gave Guanyin Bodhisattva a Taiyi Purple-Gold Elixir, and the Bodhisattva saved you with nectar."

Upon hearing this, Wukong and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva quickly bowed to Guanyin Bodhisattva to express their gratitude.

Guanyin Bodhisattva returned the greeting.

Ao Tu then stepped out of this realm, with the three following behind.

Outside, Empress Houtu stood quietly waiting.

Ao Tu stepped forward, bowed slightly, and said:

"Your Majesty, the Rules of the Netherworld Realm are incomplete, making it impossible to guide Evil Souls and absolve them of their sins accumulated over lifetimes. I wish to create a new realm to refine the great sins and restore the Laws. I humbly request Your Majesty's permission."

Upon hearing Empress Houtu stretched out her jade hand, took Ao Tu's hand, and said:

"Every flower, every tree, every stone, every speck of dust in this Netherworld Realm is a product of my body. No outsider shall be allowed to touch it. If you wish to create a new realm, break free of my grasp, and I will create one for you."

Upon hearing this, Ao Tu exhausted all his strength and magical power, causing his Origin to dry up, yet he still could not break free.

Empress Houtu smiled, looked behind Ao Tu, and said, "Why are you just watching? Come and help him too!"

Guanyin Bodhisattva stepped forward to help.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and Wukong also stepped forward.

Even with the combined strength of the three and Ao Tu, they still couldn't budge that slender, jade-like hand.

Ao Tu sighed, "Your Majesty, please stop holding on. I admit defeat."

Empress Houtu smiled, her eyes curving like crescent moons, and released her hand.

Ao Tu said, "Your Majesty squeezed my hand so hard it's red; you have to pay for my medical treatment."

The Empress Houtu smiled and said, "I may not have money for medicine, but I can offer you some guidance."

Ao Tu was overjoyed upon hearing this and hurriedly said, "Please enlighten me, Your Majesty."

Empress Houtu said, "There is another place in the Netherworld Realm, which is the birthplace at the beginning of the creation of Heaven and Earth, and it is not under my jurisdiction."

Upon hearing this, Ao Tu suddenly understood and quickly bowed in gratitude.

Empress Houtu said, "To create this realm, we need Primordial Heaven artifacts to stabilize Heaven and Earth. Do you have any? If not, I'll lend you a few." Upon hearing this, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, and Wukong all looked over.

None of the three were wealthy, nor did they possess any Congenital Spiritual Treasure. Upon hearing this, they couldn't help but glance at each other.

Ao Tu thought for a moment and said, "This realm was created to refine great sins, so ordinary Congenital Spiritual Treasure cannot be used; only a Baleful Qi treasure can be obtained. I already have one, but I don't have it with me."
