Encountering a Monster at Zhenhai Temple (III)
Meanwhile, the Rat Spirit moved to the outside of Ao Tu's house.
There were two female spirits guarding the gate. When they saw the Rat Spirit coming, they both bowed and greeted her, calling her "Granny."
The Rat Spirit asked, "Is my brother inside?"
The two female spirits paused for a moment, then realized who the Rat Spirit was referring to as her elder brother, and said, "Your Eldest Maternal Uncle is inside, already resting."
Upon hearing this, the Rat Spirit tried to push the door open and go inside.
The two female spirits tried to stop them, but a glance from the Rat Spirit made them hesitate to act.
The Rat Spirit pushed open the door and went inside, where she found the lights were already off. She had no shame whatsoever; while others were sleeping, she crept inside as well.
Upon entering the inner room, one sees a large Golden Lotus growing on a table, its Golden Light and roots gleaming faintly.
The Rat Spirit, thinking that there was Dao Fruit a treasure. So it crept to the side of the bed and reached out to take the Golden Lotus.
Unexpectedly, a Spiderweb web covered her face.
Caught off guard and having suffered a great loss of Primordial Yin essence, the Rat Spirit was directly enveloped and fell to the ground.
Ao Tu then blew up the lamp and said, "What a little slut! Leaving aside your debauchery, how dare you steal?"
The Rat Spirit fell to the ground, feeling no shame, and got up to tear off the Spiderweb, saying:
"Brother, you speak so rudely. My family has always been known for its thievery; otherwise, we wouldn't have such Creation today. Everyone knows we are naturally lewd. Since you have come here, I presume you have accepted this marriage. If that's the case, you shouldn't have brought this matter up."
Ao Tu laughed, "You clever little slut! Fine, what can I do? I have Sworn Younger Sister like you. You can be as dissolute as you want, I won't care. But how come you're stealing from your own family now?"
Upon hearing this, the Rat Spirit squeezed out a few tears, making her look haggard and pitiful. She then clung to the bed, trying to climb up.
Ao Tu said, "Wait a minute. Since we're family, let's skip the formalities and get to the point."
The Rat Spirit said, "Brother, how can you drive your sister away like this? Let me come up closer so we can talk."
Ao Tu said, "I'm a rigid person, so you can sit in that chair and talk."
Upon hearing this, the Rat Spirit glanced at the Little Spider Demon above her head, pouted, and said, "Yes! Yes! My elder brother dislikes me!"
As she spoke, she sat down in the chair, but she wasn't behaving herself; she exposed her buttocks, crossed her legs, and flaunted her sexiness, speaking slowly and deliberately:
"Brother, you've ruined my Primordial Yin body, which I've painstakingly cultivated over the years. Now I can't become Primordial Unity Golden Immortal. You should compensate me!"
Ao Tu sneered, "What talk of your painstakingly cultivated Primordial Yin body? You're nothing but a mortal who can't do anything to you; you just devoured them alive and refined their Primordial Yang."
The Rat Spirit said, "No matter what you say, you're no decent brother! You've ruined my Primordial Yin, causing me so much suffering! How am I ever going to get married? If my in-laws find out, they'll kick me out! You have to make it up to me! You have to make it up to me! Otherwise, I'm not leaving!"
Ao Tu said, "Fine, how do you want me to compensate you?"
The Rat Spirit said, "This precious Golden Lotus..."
Ao Tu said, "If you dare to lay a finger on this Golden Lotus, I'll get a chain, tie it around your neck, knock your senses out, and demote you to Mount."
The Rat Spirit was so frightened that her back went limp, and she grabbed the chair for support, saying, "Brother, please don't be angry, I wouldn't dare. I just thought this Golden Lotus Fruit was a fine treasure and I liked it a little."
Ao Tu listened without saying a word.
The Rat Spirit pondered for a moment, then giggled and said, "If my brother would be so kind as to bestow upon me his Yang Essence for me to refine, that would be wonderful."
Ao Tu remained silent.
The Rat Spirit laughed, "I knew you wouldn't agree, brother. I heard Tang Sanzang is coming. If I take his Primordial Yang to cultivate, I hope I can become Primordial Unity Golden Immortal. I beg you, brother, for your help. If it's done, your flesh and blood will be yours to eat."
Ao Tu said, "That Tang Sanzang is a good monk, why do you insist on poisoning him?"
The Rat Spirit said, "Brother, you're a perfectly normal Demon, how could you say such things for no reason? Didn't you and Brother Yellow Wind want to eat Tang Sanzang before?"
Ao Tu said, "That's all in the past. Although I have a grudge against the Buddhist Sect, I have no grudge against Tang Sanzang, and I don't want to make things difficult for a Mortal. How about this, when Tang Sanzang and his disciples come, I'll take him to the cave, and you can show off your skills. If he's tempted by worldly desires, I won't interfere. If he's not tempted, you can't take him by force."
The Rat Spirit was overjoyed upon hearing this, thinking it was easy enough, and agreed.
When Ao Tu saw that she had agreed, he chased her out.
The Rat Spirit walked out, glancing back every few steps, then returned a moment later, saying she'd forgotten her shoes. She retrieved them, but didn't put them on; instead, she carried them in her hand, swaying as she went out, then turned back and said:
"Brother, if you could spare just a little bit of my Yang Essence, I would give up on Tang Sanzang. Wouldn't that be a good deed for you, brother?"
Ao Tu said, "If you dare disturb my rest again, I will use my Supernatural Ability to punish you every day, forcing you to revert to your Original Form."
The Rat Spirit laughed, "That's fine too, it'll make me feel more comfortable."
Even so, she only said it verbally and dared not stay any longer, so she hurriedly left.
After the Rat Spirit left, the Little Spider Demon jumped down from the top, transformed into human form, wearing a bellyband, and looked like a girl.
Ao Tu said, "She just left, and you've come again."
The Little Spider Demon said, "How can that be the same? Today, I was supposed to be the one arranging the Great King's bed."
Ao Tu patted her head and laughed, "Let's put the bed aside for now, the Spider Silk you spun just now was excellent."
The Little Spider Demon laughed happily, snuggled into Ao Tu's arms, and said, "Your Great King, the Spider Silk you spun was excellent. Is there a reward?"
Ao Tu patted her little bottom and said, "There's no reward, but praising you is a reward in itself."
He then blew out the candle and rested again.
For the next few days, Ao Tu lived in the Bottomless Cave.
After the Rat Spirit recovered some of its essence, it went outside again to seduce men to eat.
The Great Sage Yellow Wind tried to stop her, but the Rat Spirit wouldn't listen. She even had her own twisted logic, saying that if those men had no evil intentions, how could she have eaten them?
Putting everything else aside, she was undeniably beautiful, and naturally, those ordinary men couldn't resist her charms.
Unable to dissuade her, the Great Sage Yellow Wind could only look at Ao Tu. Ao Tu ignored her. The Rat Spirit was overjoyed and said, "Brother is wise indeed," before leaving.
This made the Great Sage Yellow Wind feel extremely ashamed, and he said to Ao Tu:
"Brother, you don't know this. Although my Sworn Younger Sister is promiscuous, she has been a Virgin for many years. Therefore, I wanted to act as matchmaker to unite her with you, but alas, her nature is such that it seems impossible now."
Ao Tu laughed and said, "It's alright. Everyone's cultivation method is different, and everyone has their Creation; there is no distinction between high and low. As for marriage, there's no need to force it."
The Great Sage Yellow Wind sighed, "Even so, I still feel I have failed my elder brother."
Ao Tu laughed and said, "In a few days, I intend to go and find a ' Dao Companion.' However, I fear that he is too proud and will refuse to obey me, wanting to defy the heavens. If you feel bad about it, my good brother, please come with me and be my helper."
Upon hearing this, the Great Sage Yellow Wind misunderstood and asked curiously, "Brother, Dao Companion? Who is your sister-in-law?"
Ao Tu said, "It's not what you think. This ' Dao Companion ' is someone I cultivate with. I invited him to be my Vice Sect Leader, but I was afraid he wouldn't accept it, so I prepared some troops."
