As one of the Three Ancient Weapons, Pluton possessed the power to destroy an island with a single shot. The World Government also wanted Pluton, intending to use its power to end the Great Pirate Era.

The other two Ancient Weapons were Uranus and Poseidon. Poseidon's true identity was a Merfolk princess born only once every eight hundred years, one capable of communicating with Sea Kings. She was the king of the Sea Kings.
The countless Sea Kings hidden beneath the sea possessed the power to overturn the entire world. Shirahoshi, the Merfolk princess, had probably only just been born, so Liu Feng was not in any hurry for now.
The final Uranus was extremely mysterious. Even now, no one knew what Uranus actually was.
Momousagi went to carry out Liu Feng's task. He told her to bring back the Pluton blueprint and permitted her to use any means necessary.
