Personally, Tsunade was not particularly angry at Gekkō Raito for taking justice into his own hands. After all, what Danzo had done was truly despicable.
But from Konoha's standpoint as a whole, this was naked humiliation.
Gekkō Raito did not care what these beaten dogs thought. As he withdrew, Sasuke also cut a bloody path out of Konoha.
With the Scroll of Seals on his back, Sasuke headed for the rendezvous point according to plan.
Gekkō Raito had arrived early and was already waiting there. Watching Sasuke race toward him from the distance, looking like an asura who had crawled out of a pool of blood, he could not help frowning.
The stench of blood on this guy was chokingly thick. He must have killed plenty of people on the way!
There was no way he could have amassed such a murderous aura without taking at least several dozen lives.

Having so openly stolen Konoha's prized treasure still left his trusted aide Kyuji feeling a little uneasy.

"Will Konoha fly into a rage over having the Scroll of Seals stolen and declare all-out war on Kirigakure?"
Without even looking up, Gekkō Raito asked casually as he read the scroll, "Kyuji, are you getting cold feet already?"
