The crimson light in Danzo's remaining eye socket was forced into a frantic scramble, and among the victim's families, that old woman was just about to raise her knife when her wrist was pressed down by Fugaku.
Fugaku did not look at her, staring only at Danzo. "He wants to use your hand to kill."
The hatred on the old woman's face still remained, but her hand did not push forward again. "Then cripple his ghost tricks first."
Sasuke walked up in front of Danzo, the Three-Tomoe Sharingan spinning, his gaze pressing directly into Danzo's surviving mental fluctuations.
A broken laugh issued from Danzo's throat. "You think breaking Kotoamatsukami means you can break all of old man's backup plans?"
Sasuke leaned down, his fingertips pressing against the center of Danzo's brows, lightning light drilling inward along flesh and blood. "Your stolen genjutsu doesn't even have an owner anymore, and you still want to turn the tables?"
Danzo's laughter was cut short by a cry of pain.
