Then the upper echelons drove the residents within the city out, turning them into dangerous Withered.
These Withered further threatened the safety of the city.
Then the magical Barrier could be turned off even less, and could only stay on all day to block them.
Those upper echelons of Suramar City were clearly all very smart Mages.
Yet the things they did were stupid to the extreme!
