"Are you kidding me? Do you even watch where you're going? This bag is a limited-edition Hermès worth over five hundred thousand, and you spilled a whole glass of red wine on it! How are you going to pay for it?"
A fat woman in a beige dress angrily berated the server across from her.
The resort manager hurried over after receiving word. "I'm sorry, ma'am. May I ask what happened?"

Her movements were so exaggerated that the fat on her face jiggled.
The manager glanced at the bag in her hand. After confirming that it was genuine, he inwardly groaned.

The fat woman glared. "Do you think I need you to cover some measly dry-cleaning fee? I want compensation, understand? This is my favorite bag! Why should I pay for your server's mistake?"
"But you were clearly the one who bumped into me!" The server was a young woman, and she glared back just as angrily.
"I was standing in the corner. You weren't watching where you were going and bumped into me. Why should we compensate you?"
"How dare you talk back!" The fat woman flew into a rage, but the resort manager had already more or less pieced together what had happened.
Having spent years in the service industry, he had seen all sorts of people. Naturally, he quickly judged that their server was innocent, so he offered a tactful, apologetic smile.
