• Qing Chen emerged from decades of trials and seclusion with greatly increased cultivation, then confronted Yan Ming over his accusations against Su Zixuan and Qiongzhou’s administration.
• Feng Jiuling, Yue Gu, and the Lesser Fate Commander demanded Qing Chen surrender the Di Jiang Demon Banner, but Yan Moyou appeared, drove them back, and took Feng Jiuling’s Blood River God-Slaying Spear.
• Qing Chen became a named disciple of the Primordial Magnetism Branch, gave Yan Moyou the complete Primordial Magnetism Annihilation Great Art, and received the spear and a method for breaking the Demon Seed Golden Lotus.

The Heavenly Serpent treasures revealed a route to the Moon-Worshipping Divine Cult's Main Altar, but Zhaoshenzi admitted he had concealed information.

• Qing Chen formed a fledgling domain under Xiao Canglan's pressure and secured permission to resign, while Xiao Canglan ordered surveillance of him.
• Qing Chen suppressed Qing Xuansu, Yan Ming, and Qing Tingxue, secured the treasury supplies, and led his loyal cultivators back to the Gouwu Sea.
• Qing Chen absorbed the former Qiongzhou Army into the Demon Lotus Sect and accepted Chan Master Hui'an's offer of an Upper Eight Cave Spirit Islands seat for the Condensed Jade Sect.

After strengthening his cultivation, he emerged as Demon Lotus City prepared to host his Nascent Soul Ceremony, drawing sect delegations from across the Gouwu Sea.

• Qing Chen punished Zhaoshenzi, demanded payment and records from Mystic Yin Island, and ordered Lin Changsheng to build a vast city for his Nascent Soul Ceremony.
• Qing Chen and Su Zixuan began constructing the Heaven-Hiding Flood Dragon-Locking Formation around Immortal-Severing Island, while Lie Feng’s body cultivators cleared the surrounding waters.

Qing Chen crushed Penglai Spirit Island’s provocation at his ceremony, broke through during battle, and defeated Penglai True Lord. He then rallied cultivators for an assault on Penglai Spirit Island, but several major powers refused to join his army.

• Ye Wushang severely wounded Chongxu after Penglai cultivators tried to seize a purchased spirit herb and injured Demon Lotus Inspectors.
• Qing Chen helped True Person Budong attain the Immortal Realm and later appointed him head of the newly merged Condensed Jade Hall.
