Teaching the Nine-Tails a lesson~

Inside Tsunade's mansion~

After Mito Uzumaki confirmed that there were no village Anbu Ninja nearby, Uchiha Lei relaxed!

Seeing how nervous Uchiha Lei was, Uchiha Mikoto guessed that Lei might be about to use his Rinnegan!

But the Rinnegan was Lei's trump card. Who knew whether it had any side effects!

Uchiha Mikoto took Lei's hand in her small, fair hand. When Lei turned toward her, she shook her head slightly at him!

"Lei, are you sure your body will really be all right if you use your power so casually?"

Hearing the concern in Uchiha Mikoto's voice, Uchiha Lei gave her a reassuring look and reached out to pat the back of Mikoto's fair hand!

"It's all right, Mikoto. I have a special constitution!

I'll recover in no time. I'm only going to give the Nine-Tails a warning."

"I believe you... Lei!"

Mito Uzumaki's hands blurred as she formed hand seals in an instant and cast a sealing jutsu!

A red, circular seal rose around the house, cutting it off completely from everything outside!

With a thought, Uchiha Lei's black eyes turned into purple Rinnegan with concentric rings. Looking into Mito Uzumaki's eyes, he said softly:

"Grandma Mito, I think you should recognize these, right?

Forgive me for what comes next."

Under Mito Uzumaki's shocked gaze-

Uchiha Lei placed his right hand on Mito Uzumaki's abdomen, and his consciousness entered the seal!

The scene shifted to the world inside the seal~

The surroundings became a scene of Konoha!

The difference was that only the First and Second Hokage's faces were carved into Hokage Rock!

Beneath the rock face were four enormous chains-the Four Symbols Seal that sealed the Nine-Tails!

An orange, nine-tailed fox the size of a small mountain lay dozing on the ground!

Sensing someone entering the seal, he furrowed his brow and opened his red eyes. He stared hatefully at Uchiha Lei and roared:

"Brat, this isn't a place for you! Get lost..."

Seeing that the Nine-Tails was as arrogant as in the original story and had not even noticed his Rinnegan, Uchiha Lei had to teach him a lesson and test the Rinnegan's power!

"Little fox, you're awfully arrogant!"

"Little fox... Die, you damned brat!"

The Nine-Tails instantly flew into a rage and stood up, his fur bristling all over. Blood-red chakra wrapped around him as a black-and-purple, spherical Tailed Beast Bomb formed before his mouth!

The pressure nearby rapidly intensified, and the Tailed Beast Bomb slowly grew from the size of a basketball!

Uchiha Lei did not dare be careless either. His gaze grew serious as his hands blurred through hand seals. Using the Body Flicker Technique, he appeared in front of the Tailed Beast Bomb and hovered in the air, extending his right hand with his palm facing the bomb. He gave a low shout:

"Shinra Tensei-"

A vast amount of chakra was instantly drained from Uchiha Lei's body, and his face immediately turned pale!

An invisible surge of chakra burst from his palm and spread rapidly around him in a circle of repulsive force!

The repulsive force slammed swiftly into the black-and-purple Tailed Beast Bomb!

There was a deafening bang~

The Nine-Tails was somewhat bewildered. Looking at Uchiha Lei hovering in the air, he thought the brat must have gone mad to come over and throw his life away!

But the Tailed Beast Bomb in front of his mouth took the tremendous impact of the repulsive force and flew straight back toward his face!

It exploded with a boom!

"Aah!"

After the Nine-Tails let out a scream~

The enormous sphere of repulsive force struck the Nine-Tails in the chest and slammed him into Hokage Rock!

There was a thunderous thud~

The Nine-Tails bent into a V like a giant shrimp, and countless cracks spread across the rock face behind him. In the end, his body was splayed out!

The Nine-Tails set aside his pride, for he was very familiar with this repulsive force and the power that allowed someone to bully him at will. He narrowed his eyes and took a close look at the Rinnegan in Uchiha Lei's eyes!

The Nine-Tails was instantly startled and hurriedly begged loudly for mercy:

"Brat, I was wrong! Let me down!"

"Kurama, you're very rude!"

The repulsive force did not disappear. Instead, as Uchiha Lei's face grew even paler and he thrust his right hand forward, another Shinra Tensei was unleashed!

"Aah-"

Another scream rang out from the Nine-Tails~

The Nine-Tails' body was embedded completely in Hokage Rock, and loose stones kept falling around him!

Thud, thud, thud, thud~

The area around Hokage Rock was a complete mess!

Mito Uzumaki felt the seal becoming unstable, and her consciousness entered the sealed space!

She noticed that the sealed Nine-Tails was embedded in Hokage Rock!

Uchiha Lei hovered in the air, an enormous repulsive force radiating from his entire body!

As soon as Mito Uzumaki entered, she was thrown far away. She quickly cast a sealing jutsu and only just managed to steady herself!

She looked at the surroundings, which were a complete mess everywhere except where Uchiha Lei was!

Mito Uzumaki shouted at Uchiha Lei:

"Lei, that's enough! Stop tormenting the Nine-Tails."

After hearing Mito Uzumaki's voice~

Uchiha Lei stopped releasing the repulsive force, turned, and used the Body Flicker Technique to appear instantly in front of Mito Uzumaki. He replied with a smile:

"Grandma Mito, why did you come in?"

Seeing Uchiha Lei's pale face, Mito Uzumaki felt quite distressed for him. She undid the surrounding sealing jutsu, gathered Lei into her arms, and raised a hand to rub his head as she said:

"Lei, thank you for teaching the Nine-Tails a lesson for me! Is your body all right?"

Uchiha Lei raised his little head and replied with a smile:

"I'm all right, Grandma Mito. I'm only like this because I used a lot of chakra. I'll be fine after resting a little longer!"

The Nine-Tails' hoarse voice came from behind them~

Uchiha Lei turned and glared at the Nine-Tails!

"Of course, of course! I'll behave and do as I'm told..."

Seeing that Uchiha Lei did not attack again, Kurama breathed a sigh of relief and continued asking cheerfully:

"By the way, kid, you wouldn't be the Sage of Six Paths reincarnated, would you? Ordinary people don't have the Rinnegan!"

Uchiha Lei loudly introduced himself to Kurama:

"My name is Uchiha Lei. Although I know about you, I'm not the Sage of Six Paths!"

Kurama was somewhat puzzled:

He clearly knows my name, yet says he isn't the Sage of Six Paths. Did he lose his memory after reincarnating?

Mito Uzumaki coughed softly twice to ease the awkwardness!

She could tell that the person he meant was Madara Uchiha, who was from the same era as her!

"Kurama, watch your language!
