Had Satoru Gojo really managed to fool Sherlock?
In fact, he hadn't. Whatever else might be said, Gojo Kitty's sheltered Six Eyes disposition made fooling an old hand like Sherlock rather difficult.
But why had Sherlock still agreed to Gojo Kitty's idea of making trouble for Suguru Geto? Simple. One sentence would explain it.
Across both his lives, Sherlock had never suffered such humiliation!!!
Fuck, Suguru Geto had genuinely gone for the kill when he beat him! His first strike had landed right on Sherlock's mouth, preventing him from begging for mercy, and the second had gone straight for Sherlock's balls! If Sherlock hadn't reacted quickly and taken that blow at the cost of his thigh, the Sherlock family line might have fucking ended right there!!!
What Sherlock found most unbearable was this: fighting was one thing, but why the fuck was Geto studying whether his handiwork was symmetrical in the middle of a fight?
And the handiwork he was studying was Sherlock, the one getting beaten!
Was that fucking right?
Sherlock hadn't been fooled by Satoru Gojo at all. Suguru Geto had simply beaten him past his breaking point!
Still, credit where credit was due: Teacher Gojo really was a sneaky bastard. He hadn't held back a single one of Suguru Geto's usual close-combat routines and moves, telling Sherlock all of them.
Not only that, Satoru Gojo had also told Sherlock, without holding anything back, about the little Cursed Spirits with extremely effective support abilities that Suguru Geto habitually used in close combat, and how to counter them.
Precisely because of that, after waking up the next day, Sherlock greeted Shoko and marched off with his head held high to challenge Suguru Geto to another duel.
Half an hour later, Sherlock returned yet again with a head covered in lumps. Looking aggrieved as Shoko desperately suppressed her laughter while treating him with Reverse Cursed Technique, he called Satoru Gojo to report the latest developments and analyze the battle with Teacher Gojo over video, conducting an after-action review.
Then, early on the third day, he went to challenge Suguru Geto again, got beaten, returned for treatment, and reviewed the fight.
The fourth day, the fifth day, the sixth day...
By the eighth day, Suguru Geto was sleeping soundly that morning when his sixth sense began screaming warnings. Sherlock appeared right beside his bed and, without a word, swung a brass-knuckled fist straight at Suguru Geto's narrow eyes.
Suguru Geto was so angry at the sight that he laughed.
If he still couldn't tell that fucking Satoru Gojo had suggested this, all his years as Satoru Gojo's best friend would have been wasted.
His temper flaring, Suguru Geto gave Sherlock yet another savage beating, even worse than the one he had given him when they first met, so much so that Sherlock didn't appear at all on the ninth day.
Did you think that was where it ended?
No, this was only the beginning. Suguru Geto had beaten Sherlock's mule-headed stubbornness out into the open, too. In Sherlock's own words, unless he landed a punch on Suguru Geto's fox face, he would never have peace of mind for the rest of his life!
By the tenth day, Suguru Geto fully understood just how painful it was for Satoru Gojo to have such an utterly outrageous student.
While he was eating, Sherlock might suddenly appear and challenge him to a duel; while he was bathing, Sherlock might suddenly appear and challenge him to a duel; halfway through sleeping, Sherlock might suddenly appear and challenge him to a duel; even while he was fucking using the toilet, Sherlock might suddenly appear and challenge him to a duel!
Even after they returned to Tokyo from Okinawa, that dumbass Sherlock persistently teleported to the Time Vessel Association with his Cursed Technique, refusing to leave him alone!
Suguru Geto put up with everything else, but facing a possible duel even while he was on the fucking toilet was something he truly couldn't stand!
Not only had he had to carry Playful Cloud every fucking place he went these past few days, but that time on the toilet, he had even forcibly pinched it off and immediately started fighting Sherlock. He didn't even have time to wipe his ass!
After fifteen straight days, Suguru Geto broke down.
He had never, ever imagined that the second-generation Dickhead Cat disciple taken in by that Dickhead Cat could have such a devious fucking Cursed Technique! Suguru Geto swore that he had inspected his entire body while bathing, yet still couldn't find where that bastard Sherlock had engraved his Cursed Technique on him!
He wanted to make peace with Sherlock, but the guy had no desire to talk to him whatsoever. Every time, he would suddenly appear, throw a punch at his face, get blocked and beaten, then decisively flee.
Left with no other choice, after beating Sherlock into retreat on one such occasion, Suguru Geto clenched his back teeth and pulled up the number he hadn't called in a very long time.
"Ring... ring..."
After two rings, that flippant voice, so familiar that it felt a little unfamiliar, sounded in his ear once again.
"Moshi moshi? Geto?"
Hearing Satoru Gojo's voice, Suguru Geto didn't even know what to say for a moment. He had already begun regretting calling Satoru Gojo, but that regret didn't last long before it turned straight into blood-pressure-spiking fury.
"Hahahahaha! Geto, have you been beaten into submission? Come to beg for mercy? What a shame, Geto's Pokémon only include Cursed Spirits, not students! Hahahahahahaha!"
"Satoru Gojo! Go fucking die!!!!!"
Hearing the Dickhead Cat's mockery through the receiver, Suguru Geto completely exploded. After roaring into the phone, he hung up without another word.
Why the fuck had he lost his mind and called that Dickhead Cat? As though someone had forcibly fed him a mouthful of shit, Suguru Geto's features began twisting with rage at that damned white-haired Dickhead Cat.
Fine, fine, fine. So that's how you want to play? Pokémon, huh?
Driven mad with anger, Suguru Geto decisively began drawing up a counterattack plan.
Meanwhile, Satoru Gojo, whom Suguru Geto had cursed at before immediately hanging up, laughed himself silly. They hadn't been in touch for a long time, and whatever the reason, Suguru Geto making that call already made Satoru Gojo very happy.
Of course, given how well Satoru Gojo knew Suguru Geto, Sherlock's next operation certainly wouldn't be so easy.
Once he had laughed enough, Satoru Gojo called Sherlock with a thoroughly mischievous expression.
"Xia-chan! Listen, Geto just completely lost it. He'll definitely target you next, so we'll do this and this, then that and that. Trust me, we'll absolutely drive him mad! Yeah, right, just like that.
"What? Me? I'll be back soon! Sometime this week. What? We can do that too? Great! I'm in! Yeah, make sure you wait for your teacher! Okay! No problem, I won't beat you when I get back, and I'll even bring you a present! OK! That's settled!"
After hanging up, Satoru Gojo was in an unprecedentedly good mood. Pretty little flowers practically appeared around him, leaving the staff accompanying him breaking out in cold sweats.
How to put it? They kept feeling that this strongest man from Japan seemed to have a terrible personality. No, more precisely, he was volatile!
